How to apply

Step 1
Open Evaluation File with WES / ICAS
Create your account on wes.org, select your evaluation type (e.g. ECA for IRCC Canada), and get your unique 7-digit Reference Number.

Apply on UNILAG Records Portal
Login to records.unilag.edu.ng, click "Transcript Request", select "Evaluation Agency (WES)" as destination, and input your WES Reference Number.

Pay Electronic Transmission Fee on Remita
Generate the Remita RRR code for the transcript and electronic evaluation processing fee and complete payment.

Direct Electronic Transmission by UNILAG
UNILAG Academic Records generates and uploads your verified academic record directly into WES's secure institutional portal.

Step 5
Track Status on WES Dashboard
Allow 3 - 5 business days after UNILAG dispatches for your WES dashboard status to change to "In Progress / Documents Accepted".

UNILAG has established direct electronic delivery with WES. Do not attempt to send transcripts yourself; evaluators reject documents not sent directly by the university.
WES and credential evaluation
Ensure you enter your exact 7-digit WES Reference Number during application. WES will reject incomplete or mismatched files.
