UI graduates migrating or continuing studies abroad.

   Create Evaluation Account

   Register on wes.org and obtain your 7-digit WES reference number.

   Apply on UI Transcript Portal

   Select "WES Evaluation" and provide your Reference Number.

   Pay via Remita

   Pay transcript processing charges.

   Institutional Transmission

   UI sends verified academic documents directly to the evaluation service.

If your transcript is going outside Nigeria, check the recipient's requirements first. Many international universities and evaluation services only accept transcripts sent directly by the institution.

Credential evaluators such as World Education Services (WES) usually require transcripts to come directly from the institution in a sealed envelope or through a verified electronic channel. Always include your WES reference number.
