Step 1
Pick up Clearance Form from Faculty Office
Collect the multi-unit clearance sheet from your faculty officer.

Step 2
Obtain Library & Hostel Clearance
Visit Kenneth Dike Library and your Hall of Residence office for inspection and stamps.

Step 3
Faculty & Department Endorsement
Get signatures from project supervisor, HOD, and Faculty Sub-Dean.

Step 4
Final Approval at Exams and Records
Submit complete form to Exams & Records to update your graduation status.

Processing & delivery
International transcript requests
If your transcript is going outside Nigeria, check the recipient's requirements first. Many international universities and evaluation services only accept transcripts sent directly by the institution.
WES and credential evaluation
Credential evaluators such as World Education Services (WES) usually require transcripts to come directly from the institution in a sealed envelope or through a verified electronic channel. Always include your WES reference number.
