University of Ghana Credential Evaluation (WES & International)

Graduates of University of Ghana submitting documents to WES, ICAS, or ECE.

   Step 1

   Create Account on WES.org

   Register and obtain your 7-digit reference code.

   Step 2

   Apply on UG Transcript Portal

   Select "WES Evaluation" and enter your Reference Number in the recipient field.

   Pay Processing Fees

   Pay transcript processing fees via Mobile Money or campus bank.

   Dispatch to WES

   UG Academic Affairs transmits the official transcript directly to WES.

If your transcript is going outside Ghana, check the recipient's requirements first. Many international universities and evaluation services only accept transcripts sent directly by the institution.

Credential evaluators such as World Education Services (WES) usually require transcripts to come directly from the institution in a sealed envelope or through a verified electronic channel. Always include your WES reference number.
