Current and former students of Harvard University who have completed degree coursework and have no financial holds with Student Accounts.

   Access student records portal

   Sign in to the official Harvard University student portal or visit the Registrar transcript ordering page.

   Authenticate student identity

   Enter your student ID number, Social Security Number (if applicable), and date of birth.

   Step 3

   Select delivery method and destination

   Choose Certified Electronic PDF or Hard Copy Paper transcript and input recipient endpoint.

   Step 4

   Review and authorize release

   Digitally sign the FERPA consent release authorization and confirm submission.

Certified eTranscripts are cryptographically signed with digital certificates verifiable online by foreign universities and evaluation services.

Select World Education Services (WES) from the recipient directory or specify your WES reference number for direct electronic transmission.
