Statement of Result / Completion Notification Official notification confirming Senate approval of your degree.
Final Year Clearance Certificate Fully signed clearance slip from department, library, and bursary.
Valid Government Photo ID & Student ID Original student identification card plus valid national photo ID.
Certificate Processing Receipt Proof of payment of official certificate issuance charges.
